Get to know... Our winter hospo guide

We thought we would share a few spots across the UK for you to try and visit when out and about visiting family and friends this holiday period!

We have so many amazing customers it was hard to pick just a few. Pop your gloves on, layer up, and venture out of the house to visit these local hospitality spots for a hot brew or a tasty meal!

Supporting your local cafe or restaurant doesn’t always mean spending money. Please feel free to click each image which will take you to each location's social media page. Feel free to give them a cheeky follow!

Please follow the appropriate Covid guidelines when venturing out, and keep each other safe!

We hope you all have a lovely Christmas!

From the decent Team.

Pollen Bakery

Out of practice from your lockdown sourdough making? We are too however, some things are best left to the experts. The team at Pollen Bakery are exactly that, offering world-class pastries and 28-hour sourdoughs paired with tasty Hasbean coffee. Located in Manchester, they've won a bunch of awards and they’re opening up a second location in early 2022 so keep your eyes peeled.

They believe in simple things done well, like bread. They are a scratch bakery, working entirely with cold/slow fermentation sourdoughs, their bread and pastries work on a 3 or 4-day cycle and everything is made and shaped by hand by their bakers. No additives, no improvers and flour milled by Wildfarmed Flour, known for their sustainable and regenerative farming practices.

Check out their Instagram and drool over their festive special for this month, the Christmas Croque (a twice-baked croissant with cranberry, brie, Proscuitto and cheesy béchamel).
